450ft Abseil!

Guy's Hospital Abseil

May 24th 2008. A time to face a fear of heights for Harry!

Gareth "Harry" Tansey did complete the 450ft abseil - one of the highest in the country (oh goody!) - and he's still scared of heights.

It is of course in aid of the Jennifer Trust for Spinal Muscular Atrophy in memory of our eldest daughter, Alisha May, 9th March - 1st October 2001.

Please >> follow this link << to read all about it -- and sponsor Harry, of course!

About On Yer Bikes

Alisha May TanseyOn Yer Bikes is a site dedicated to fundraising for the Jennifer Trust for Spinal Muscular Atrophy. It is run by the family of Alisha May Tansey. Alisha sadly passed away aged 6 months and 22 days, on the 1st October 2001 and is missed by everyone who knew her.

Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA) is a rare genetic condition that occurs in various forms. In its most severe form, 80% of affected infants will not live to see their first birthday. We want to support families affected by SMA and fund research into finding a cure.

Please help us raise as much money as possible!
